Fundraising and Operations Manager

CFDR is seeking a dynamic, hands on leader who thinks strategically and achieves results through teamwork, strong relationship building and action in the role of Fundraising and Operations Manager.
Direct fundraising and operation activities which include:
- Develop and implement a sustainable fundraising program
- Manage research awards and communications
- Manage budget activities
- Conduct governance activities
Work part-time at 0.5 FTE from a home-based office anywhere in Canada. Travel may be required for potentially one in-person meeting annually and possible corporate or Foundation events.
Report to Board of Directors (11 members) leading and implementing strategic plans, coordinating with administrative support and Board committees to achieve goals set by the Board. The Fundraising and Operations Manager has no direct staff reports.
